Question to Mr. Furman about TF time units.

Postby Richter » Wed Mar 14, 2007 10:16 pm

Simon,

there has been some discussion about who Transformer time units convert to Human time. I.E, how long is a cycle and so forth.

Are you able to shed some light?

Thanks for any input you can offer.

Yeah, and it's nice to ask a question that can probably get answered without revealing plot.

Could the time be similar to that used in City of fear?

This is very much IDW-verse TF time, but here goes:

A nano-klik is approximately one Earth second
A klik is about 1.2 Earth minutes
A cycle is about 1 hour 15 mins
A mega-cycle is about 93 hours
A deca-cycle is approx 3 weeks
A stellar-cycle is 7.5 months (there or thereabouts)
A Meta-cycle is about 13 months

Simon, I feel really bad asking this, but what about "astro-cycle"?

I put all you answers of in this thread:

http://idwpublishing.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=81&start=45

so they can be preserved.

Thanks and sorry to be so annoying.
